Role Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for executing long-term recruitment strategies and provides focus on the company’s employee vision through cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse pool of candidates through various channels, developing a strong network of talent through social networks, community building and on-going relationship management for short- and long-term opportunities for a broad range of positions within the organization.
Position Details
Position: Talent Acquisition Partner
Reports to: Talent Acquisition Manager
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Contract Type: Regular
Key responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Recruitment (i.e., Source candidates utilizing social media, resume databases, LinkedIn searches, industry contacts, professional networks, etc.)
- Employer Branding (i.e., maintain positive relationships with external agencies, colleges, vendors, associations, and other bodies who might route talent to the organization or aid in Talent Acquisition processes and attending and organizing job fairs).
- Ease Candidate Experience (i.e., Draft and utilize templates for TA communications, such as application received messages, knockout notices, interview requests, and rejection emails by liaising with the Talent Acquisition Specialist and Recruitment Officers.
- Process Improvement and Development (Maintain partnership with business leaders in a similar industry to have up-to-date talent acquisition practices, processes, and systems)
- Initiate and execute Talent Acquisition Projects.
- Manage Talent Roster in Anticipation of future talent needs and work to develop a talent pipeline of passive candidates to automatically fill vacancies.
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies
- BA in Management or Business Administration or Public Administration or Human Resource Management or Human Resources Management and Organization Development or related field of studies.
- Six years of experience in a similar role with the following Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of HR tools.
- Knowledge in content writing and graphic design.
- Excellent in Data Analysis, reporting and event planning
- Proactiveness
- Farsightedness
