Mr. Adebabay Abay is a highly experienced management consultant currently working as a Senior Consultant at People First Consult. He has over thirty years of experience in civil service and public enterprises, serving in various positions ranging from Senior Expert to Executive Officer/Deputy General Manager positions.

Adebabay is an expert in multiple fields, including change management, institutional development, training, strategic planning and management, and organizational design. He has provided research, training, and consulting services to many organizations, and his projects have produced positive outcomes.

Adebabay has overseen several institutional reform initiatives and consulted over a dozen organizations to install systems in these initiatives.

Adebabay has a Master’s degree in International Human Resource Management, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Sector Reform Management. He also holds a Master’s Professional Certificate in Strategic Planning and Management Using a Balanced Scorecard.

He has worked with civil service, public enterprises, and private companies.
